7. Termination of Services

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be governed by the laws of Philippines, and the exclusive venue for any litigation will be in Cebu. Claims must be brought within one year of the incident causing the dispute.

These Terms cannot be changed, added to, or modified by referencing any other document(s). In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between anything associated with this Site and these Terms, these Terms will prevail.
